You will need your eight digit account number, and a debit or credit card. It should take no longer than five minutes to complete the call.

If you are in arrears we will contact you and give you the option to pay via your banking app.

👉🏻 Pay at PayPoint outlets

Present your bill to the retailer to process your payment. Allow 3 working days for your payment to reach us. Please keep your receipt(s). This facility is free if you use the barcode on the bill.

👉🏻 Pay at any Post Office

Present your bill to the cashier to process your payment. Allow 2 working days for your payment to reach us. Cheques should be made payable to Post Office Ltd. This facility is free if you use the barcode on your bill.
