Direct Debit is the safest and easiest way to pay your rent.
With a Direct Debit you tell your bank or building society that you want us to take your monthly rent payments direct from your account
Once you have registered, go into 'My Accounts', validate your rent account and you will be able to set up a Direct Debit.
Alternatively you can set up a Direct Debit by calling us on 0121 368 1166. You'll need your account name, personal bank account number and sort code.
